VASOMALY S.L. (Vasomaly) is the controller of personal data processed for the provision of its services. On this website, the contact form sends your first name, last name, email address, enquiry type, company or institution (if provided) and message (if provided) to HubSpot to deliver your enquiry, demo request or job application to VASOMALY. It also includes the website language and a record of your data-processing consent, including the wording shown and its version. Information about website visits is also processed through the analytics integration described below.

For enquiries, demo requests and job applications submitted through the website form, we rely on the specific consent you give before sending it. You can withdraw this consent by contacting contact@vasomaly.com.

Depending on the purpose, other personal data may be processed on the following grounds:

  • Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation.
  • A legitimate interest that is not overridden by your privacy rights, including applicable customer communications.
  • Performance of a contract for services between you and VASOMALY.

5. Recipients and service providers

The website's enquiry form uses HubSpot, and its analytics integration uses Google Analytics. Where processing entails transfers outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are required as set out above.

7. Website cookies and analytics

This website includes Google Analytics and a cookie-consent banner. The banner stores your choice in the vasomaly-gdpr-consent cookie. The analytics integration is configured to initialise analytics storage as denied and sends a consent update when you accept or decline through the banner.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting the stored consent cookie allows you to make a new choice through the banner. Cookie storage and the transmission of analytics requests are different: declining storage does not itself mean that no requests are sent to Google.

8. Legal information and changes

This policy supplements and does not replace requirements under applicable data-protection law, which prevail in all cases. It is reviewed periodically and may be modified. When changes are made, VASOMALY will inform users and ask them to review the latest version and confirm acceptance where necessary.
